Investment Banking Associate
This client is seeking a highly motivated and mature Investment Banking Associate to join a cross-border team focused on Technology Services. This role involves close collaboration between the U.S. and India offices and requires strong financial modeling skills, client-facing experience, and the ability to represent the U.S. business at industry conferences and client meetings. This role can sit remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cross-border M&A advisory services, working closely with global teams.
- Conduct industry and company research, prepare pitch materials, and assist in deal origination.
- Develop and maintain financial models and provide analytical support for transactions.
- Serve as the primary relationship contact for U.S.-based clients, prospects, and intermediaries.
- Coordinate deliverables for U.S. clients and ensure quality across all written materials.
- Draft pitch books, information memoranda, investor presentations, and term sheets.
- Perform due diligence, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Work across products to support deal execution and origination.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, particularly M&A.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple engagements, and adapt to changing assignments.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively with senior professionals.
- Prior experience in investment banking or related financial services.
