The firm partners with biopharma companies, investors, and healthcare innovators to deliver high-impact strategic and financial advisory services.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and science, supporting transactions and strategic initiatives across the life sciences ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, and capital raises
- Develop and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
- Conduct in-depth industry, market, and company research, including analysis of scientific and clinical data
- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and investment memoranda
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategic insights and recommendations to clients
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and product pipelines within biotech and pharmaceutical sectors
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or a related field
- Educational background in biology, life sciences, or a related discipline strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of core financial principles, valuation methodologies, and transaction processes
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and synthesize scientific information into business insights
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
