What You Will Do
Investment Analysis & Due Diligence
- Assist in evaluating co‑investment, fund, and secondary opportunities through detailed financial analysis, market research, and qualitative assessments.
- Support the preparation of investment materials, from due diligence summaries to investment proposals.
- Contribute to internal discussions and help present recommendations to investment committees and client stakeholders.
Market Intelligence & Relationship Engagement
- Participate in calls, meetings, and events with fund managers and industry participants to stay current on market developments.
- Help maintain broad market coverage by tracking trends, identifying emerging opportunities, and supporting thematic research.
Portfolio Management
- Contribute to the oversight of existing portfolio positions, including the preparation of regular performance updates and monitoring key developments across underlying assets and fund managers.
Strategic & Organisational Contributions
- Support ongoing fundraising initiatives, business development efforts, and investor communications.
- Assist with internal projects aimed at refining processes and enhancing the team's strategic capabilities.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Early-career experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Private Equity, or a comparable transaction-oriented environment.
- Experience with infrastructure investments is beneficial, though not essential.
- Strong quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
- A proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to think long term.
