We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Transformation Product Manager to lead the strategy, development and delivery of digital HR products across a global organisation.

This role carries a global mandate, with a strong focus on building technology products from 0 to 1, transforming traditional HR processes into scalable, technology-driven solutions.

The successful candidate will own the full product lifecycle, from identifying business opportunities and defining product strategy to building, launching and scaling digital solutions across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product development (0-to-1), from initial concept, discovery and MVP development through to global rollout and continuous improvement.

  • Define and execute global HR technology product strategies, roadmaps and transformation initiatives.

  • Translate complex HR processes and business requirements into scalable digital products and technology solutions.

  • Drive the design and implementation of HR platforms, workflow automation, employee experience tools and AI-enabled solutions.

  • Partner with engineering, architecture, data and HR teams to deliver secure, scalable and integrated products.

  • Own product requirements, user stories, prioritisation, backlog management and delivery milestones.

  • Evaluate opportunities to build proprietary solutions versus leveraging existing HR technology platforms.

  • Drive the integration of HR systems, enterprise applications, APIs and data platforms.

  • Lead product adoption, performance optimisation and continuous enhancement across global markets.

  • Establish product success metrics, monitor adoption and measure the business impact of transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.

  • Proven experience in technical product management, HR technology transformation or enterprise digital product development.

  • Demonstrated success in building and launching technology products from 0 to 1, rather than solely managing existing platforms.

  • Experience leading product initiatives across multiple countries or global business functions.

  • Strong understanding of HR technology ecosystems, HRIS/HCM platforms, workflow automation and enterprise integrations.

  • Experience defining product strategy, managing roadmaps and delivering solutions through Agile methodologies.

  • Ability to work closely with software engineering, data, cloud and enterprise architecture teams.

  • Understanding of APIs, systems integration, cloud-based applications and modern product development practices.

  • Strong experience translating business challenges into technical product requirements and measurable outcomes.

Good to Have

  • Experience with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or ServiceNow HRSD.

  • Exposure to AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation and data-driven HR solutions.

  • Experience developing internal enterprise products or employee-facing digital platforms.

  • Background in large-scale global transformation programmes or multinational environments.

  • Experience establishing product operating models, governance frameworks and product adoption strategies.
