FX Bank Sales - Europe - Associate/VP
Our CLient is seeking a dynamic and driven FX Institutional Sales professional at Associate or Vice President level to join their Global Markets team in Paris. The successful candidate will be responsible for deepening and expanding our FX franchise across continental Europe, with a primary focus on institutional banking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, primarily banks across continental Europe.
- Deliver tailored FX solutions across spot, forwards, options, and structured products, aligned with client needs and market conditions.
- Collaborate closely with trading, structuring, and research teams to provide market insights and product innovation.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive client engagement and strategic account management.
- Monitor market developments and regulatory changes impacting FX markets and client activity.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in FX sales within a leading investment bank or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of FX products and macroeconomic drivers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow institutional client relationships, particularly with banks.
- Fluency in French and/or other European languages.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
