Client Service Specialist
We are currently partnering with a Fund Management Firm and they are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join their team in Singapore.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in relationship management, fund management, and a passion for delivering high-quality client service.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients across Asia, executing instructions and managing communications.
- Ensure smooth client onboarding, transaction processing, and service delivery.
- Handle documentation for trades, account openings, and brokerage processes.
- Oversee trade reconciliation, settlement, and reporting across multiple asset classes.
- Prepare presentation materials and assist in marketing investment products.
- Facilitate KYC and due diligence processes and manage client documentation.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably in Private Banking or Fund Management.
- Familiarity with fund structures and trade execution processes.
- Proven track record in client servicing and operational support.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and compliance (e.g., MAS).
