Role Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to attract institutional and wholesale investors.
- Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and potential investors.
- Lead the creation and presentation of persuasive investment proposals and marketing materials.
- Work closely with internal teams, including investment, legal, and compliance, to ensure fundraising activities align with overall business goals.
- Track market trends, competitor actions, and regulatory changes to uncover new fundraising opportunities.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to boost visibility and connect with potential investors.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on fundraising progress and market insights.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in fundraising for real estate equity, with a strong network of institutional and wholesale investors in Europe.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate complex investment strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate market trends, investor needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating a team.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with investors and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in multiple European languages is a plus.
