The Opportunity
As a BDR, you will be on the front lines of the company's revenue engine. You'll partner closely with experienced Mid‑Market and Enterprise AEs (many from IB/PE backgrounds) to identify high‑value accounts, craft compelling outreach, and generate qualified pipeline within the private markets and commercial banking ecosystem.
You'll gain deep exposure to enterprise sales, AI technology, and the workflows of some of the most sophisticated financial institutions in the world - all while working in an environment designed for rapid learning and career progression. What You'll Do
- Qualify inbound leads from private credit, private equity, lenders, and deal teams
- Own outbound campaigns with Mid‑Market and Enterprise AEs targeting commercial banks and private markets firms
- Drive pipeline creation by setting qualified meetings with key decision‑makers
- Collaborate on sales collateral (messaging, decks, one‑pagers)
- Maintain precise pipeline data in Salesforce or HubSpot
- Develop deep fluency in private markets workflows and the company's differentiated AI product
- Iterate constantly, helping refine the BDR playbook and reporting on funnel metrics

Must-Have Qualifications
- BDR or outbound sales experience in tech, SaaS, fintech, or AI
- Exposure to private markets, private credit, private equity, or commercial banking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to qualify prospects rigorously and think commercially
- Familiarity with HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- High‑ownership, entrepreneurial mindset - thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Based in New York City (hybrid; ~1 remote day per week)
Preferred
- Experience selling to finance personas (CFOs, deal teams, lenders)
- Background in IB, private credit, private equity, or fund services
