Business Development Executive - Private Wealth
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in trust administration, corporate services, compliance, or related financial services, and who understand regulatory and client due‑diligence requirements. Prior BD or sales experience is helpful, but also welcome strong candidates looking to grow into a client‑facing, sales‑oriented career.
Responsibilities
Client & Intermediary Engagement
- Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and client‑facing materials
- Join client and intermediary meetings with the BD Director
- Draft meeting notes, manage follow‑ups, and ensure timely execution
- Help build and maintain relationships with key intermediaries, enhancing credibility and trust
Sales & Pipeline Development
- Build strong knowledge of our service offerings and cross‑selling opportunities
- Support identification of new opportunities across trust, corporate, and fund administration services
- Contribute toward team sales targets (calibrated to experience level)
Onboarding & Internal Coordination
- Maintain and update BD documentation and templates
- Assist with client onboarding, including liaising with clients, reviewing KYC, and meeting regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with compliance, middle office, and front office to ensure smooth onboarding and handover
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related fields
- 3-4 years' relevant experience in trust, corporate, or fund administration, compliance, or financial services
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Ability to meet time‑sensitive commercial deadlines and work toward an annual sales target
- Familiarity with KYC/AML and regulatory frameworks
- Team‑oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
- Experience in a client‑facing or BD support role within trust, corporate services, banking, legal, or financial services
- Ability to build rapport with senior intermediaries
- Professional presence suitable for UHNW private‑client environments
