This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional with a strong background in fintech, enterprise sales, and working capital solutions. You'll be engaging with C-level stakeholders across major corporations, particularly within sectors such as Tech OEM, Manufacturing, and Consumer Goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting enterprise clients (revenue $4bn+).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate complex contracts and collaborate with legal and compliance teams.
- Partner with product teams to influence fintech product development.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings.
- Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles with precision and professionalism.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM data integrity.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in fintech sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Deep understanding of financial services and digital transformation.
- Strong consultative selling skills focused on value over price.
- Experience engaging with CFOs and senior finance leaders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel as required.
