🚨 Urgent Opportunity: Vice President, Intermediary Distribution | Leading Alternative Credit Asset Manager

We are currently working with a premier alternative credit asset manager to identify a Vice President of Intermediary Distribution to join their dynamic and growing team. This is a mission-critical role for a firm that is rapidly expanding its footprint across the U.S. and Canadian wealth management landscape.

As VP of Intermediary Distribution, you will be instrumental in driving capital raising efforts across the RIA, independent broker-dealer, and wirehouse channels. You'll serve as a key ambassador for the firm's suite of alternative credit strategies, engaging with financial advisors, platform gatekeepers, and other key stakeholders to build awareness, trust, and long-term partnerships.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact position that offers the opportunity to work alongside a seasoned leadership team and contribute directly to the firm's growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network, a deep understanding of the intermediary landscape, and a passion for alternative investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic distribution plan targeting RIAs, IBDs, and wirehouses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors, home office personnel, and platform decision-makers.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and due diligence sessions to promote the firm's credit strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, and investment professionals to ensure consistent messaging and support.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and positioning.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in intermediary distribution, preferably within alternative investments or private credit.
  • Demonstrated success in raising assets and managing relationships across multiple intermediary channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 63/66) preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
