VP AI Transformation
A leading multi - strategy hedge fund is looking for an individual to support the build out of its Operations AI function. This role will focus on identifying manual processes, implementing automation solutions, and helping modernize how the firm's operations team interact with data and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain automated solutions
- Support AI driven workflow initiatives
- Improve operational processes and controls
- Create documentation / user guides
- Partner with Operations/ Tech teams
- Assist with data integration and workflow projects
- Support roll out of new AI projects
Requirements:
- Experience in operations, fund admin operations, fin-tech, prime broker
- 7+ years of experience in the related fields
- Working knowledge of Python or SQL
- Exposure to AI or automation tools
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and attention to details
- Experience working with key stakeholders
