Position Summary
They are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Private Equity Associate to join their investment team. This individual will be instrumental in sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investments, as well as supporting the ongoing growth and performance of our portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and return analysis
- Conduct market research and competitive landscape assessments
- Assist in due diligence processes, including coordination with legal, accounting, and operational advisors
- Prepare investment committee materials and presentations
- Support portfolio company initiatives, including strategic planning, performance tracking, and add-on acquisitions
- Collaborate closely with senior investment professionals and management teams
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Demonstrated interest or experience in healthcare and/or tech-enabled services
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
