Job Title: Vice President, Equity Derivatives Sales (Internal Channels)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal Private Banking teams to understand their needs and provide tailored equity derivatives solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal PB business, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Identify and capitalise on cross-selling opportunities within the internal channels.
Product Expertise:
- Provide expert knowledge and insights on equity derivatives products, including options, futures, and structured products.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to offer innovative solutions.
Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Collaborate with product development and trading teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with market opportunities.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance metrics, and market analysis to senior management.
- Utilise data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in equity derivatives sales, with a focus on internal channels and onshore coverage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of equity derivatives products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of integrity and commitment to compliance and risk management.
