TechOps Manager
- Manage on-premise infrastructure with some migration projects to cloud environments.
- Define and execute strategy for evaluating new products, rolling out migrations, and embedding tools in collaboration with security teams.
- Lead a growing team and drive expansion.
- Act as a senior stakeholder for technology operations across the organisation.
- Consolidate and integrate teams across the firm.
- Oversee Atlassian tool suite (Data Centre: Crowd, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo; Atlassian Cloud Suite).
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in technology operations.
- Strong background in strategy, migration planning, and tool integration.
- Ideally from a financial services or FinTech environment.
- Ability to manage cross-functional relationships and influence at all levels.
- Comfortable leading a team and scaling operations.
- Experience across Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira), Artifactory, GitLab, Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, Linux Grafana, CloudWatch, Kubernetes
- RedHat certification preferred
