What They're Looking For:
- 6-18 months of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
- A strong interest or background in Technology M&A - prior exposure is highly desirable.
- ACA qualification (or part-qualified) is a bonus.
- Must be based in London and eligible to work in the UK - no visa sponsorship available.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting deal execution and origination in the fast-paced tech sector.
- Conducting market research, financial analysis, and valuation modelling.
- Preparing client presentations and marketing materials.
- Working closely with senior bankers and clients from day one.
