This person should bring a strategic mindset and a passion for growth. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in business development, client relationship management, and driving firm-wide expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the tax practice with a focus on middle-market and high-growth clients.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients and expand service offerings.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Stay current on tax regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and thought leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a collaborative approach to firm growth.
