Our client is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Vice President to join their Infrastructure Debt Advisory team in London. This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in a growing platform focused on delivering strategic financing solutions across the infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex infrastructure debt advisory mandates across sectors such as energy, transport, digital, and social infrastructure.
- Structure and negotiate project finance transactions with institutional investors, banks, and multilateral agencies.
- Oversee the development of detailed financial models and credit analysis to support client decision-making.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to business development efforts across the UK and Europe.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the advisory platform.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in infrastructure finance, debt advisory, or project finance within an investment bank, advisory firm, or infrastructure fund.
- Strong technical skills in financial modelling, credit analysis, and transaction structuring.
- Proven track record advising on or executing infrastructure asset transactions.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., French, Spanish, German) are a strong plus.
- Right to work in the UK or willingness to relocate - visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
