Senior Managing Consultant - Healthcare Quality Improvement

We're partnering with a leading healthcare consulting firm that works directly with hospitals and health systems nationwide to improve quality, patient safety, care delivery, and operational performance. This opportunity is ideal for healthcare leaders who began their careers in direct patient care and have since advanced into quality improvement, clinical operations, care management, patient safety, performance improvement, or healthcare transformation roles.

In this role, you'll work alongside health system executives, physician leaders, and operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement sustainable solutions, and help organizations deliver better outcomes for patients and communities.

What You'll Do

• Lead quality and performance improvement initiatives across hospitals and health systems
• Partner with healthcare leaders to enhance patient outcomes, safety, and care delivery
• Drive projects focused on quality improvement, care management, population health, operational excellence, and workforce effectiveness
• Analyze data and operational challenges to develop practical, measurable solutions
• Facilitate change management efforts and support organizations through transformation initiatives
