I'm partnering with a healthcare consulting firm that's growing its Revenue Integrity practice and looking for a Managing Consultant to join the team.
This is an opportunity to work directly with hospitals and health systems across the country, helping them uncover revenue opportunities, improve operational performance, and strengthen financial outcomes. You'll collaborate with executive leaders, revenue cycle teams, coding professionals, and operational stakeholders to solve complex challenges that impact both reimbursement and long-term sustainability.
What you'll be doing:
* Evaluate charge capture and revenue workflows to identify missed revenue and compliance risks
* Improve CDM management, denials prevention, and reimbursement processes
* Analyze financial and operational data to develop actionable recommendations
* Build client presentations and deliverables for hospital leadership teams
* Lead project workstreams and serve as a trusted advisor to clients
What we're looking for:
* 4+ years of experience in Revenue Integrity, Revenue Cycle, Charge Integrity, HIM, CDI, Coding, or healthcare consulting
* Strong knowledge of hospital charging, reimbursement, and revenue cycle operations
* Familiarity with Medicare payment methodologies (IPPS, OPPS, ASC)
* Experience with Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or other healthcare IT platforms
* Strong analytical and client-facing communication skills
