About the Role
As a member of the Analytics Team of this leading insurance firm, you'll play a key role in delivering impactful data analytics and business intelligence solutions. By working closely with teams across the organization, you'll help define data needs and develop customized solutions that support smarter decision-making.
We specialize in building intuitive, visually engaging dashboards that clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Our work also involves developing sophisticated data models and conducting deep analyses to uncover meaningful trends and provide actionable recommendations.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and leadership to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Design and build interactive dashboards in Power BI that effectively communicate insights.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover complex trends and provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop and enhance advanced data models to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Participate in peer reviews to maintain high standards and share constructive feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve data processes and propose practical solutions.
- Apply your expertise in Databricks, BI tools, and analytics best practices to support team growth.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks or similar platforms, including data transformation, modeling, workflow automation, and dashboard development.
- 2+ years of experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and other programming languages used for data analysis and automation.

- Familiarity with AWS and embedded BI solutions.
- Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, and report automation.
