Senior C++ Dev - Leading Hedge Fund
- Design and implement execution engines, order routing frameworks, and messaging infrastructure.
- Partner directly with trading stakeholders to enhance execution strategies and system responsiveness.
- Apply advanced systems and network programming techniques to minimize latency and maximize throughput.
- Develop tools and interfaces for historical data analysis and simulation environments to support research and testing.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of automated testing suites and performance benchmarking tools.
- Translate trading requirements into scalable technical solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a trading-focused development role.
- At least 10 years of cumulative professional software engineering experience.
- Academic background in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Strong command of C++ with emphasis on:
- Modern standards (C++17/C++20)
- Multi threading and asynchronous programming
- Efficient data structures and algorithm design
- Deep understanding of Linux internals and network stack optimization.
