A fast-growing, tech-enabled health insurance organization is hiring a Senior Actuarial Analyst to support its ACA-focused actuarial team, with an emphasis on risk adjustment and valuation. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly dynamic environment where actuarial insights directly impact business strategy, financial performance, and long-term growth.

What you'll be doing:
- Maintain and enhance risk adjustment models used for accrual estimation and forecasting
- Support financial planning and strategy through detailed, data-driven analysis
- Analyze and interpret trends across markets, providers, and plan designs to identify key drivers of performance
- Improve modeling infrastructure, including automation, documentation, and standardization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver insights
- Contribute to process improvements and help drive efficiencies across actuarial workflows
What they're looking for:
- 3-4+ years of actuarial or related experience within health insurance or a similar field
- ASA credential or active progress toward ASA designation
- Strong technical and analytical capabilities, including experience working with large datasets
- Familiarity with ACA markets and risk adjustment is highly preferred
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
