Role Overview

With continued growth we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join the finance team. This role will report directly to senior leadership and play a key part in both day-to-day accounting operations and strategic financial initiatives, including automation and acquisition integration. This is a high-impact position with strong potential for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Accounting
  • Maintain accurate general ledger records, including AR/AP subledger reconciliations
  • Manage prepaid and accrual schedules; post monthly adjustments
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
  • Support external audit processes and respond to auditor inquiries
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze financial trends and variances to support business decisions
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling
  • Develop and refine reporting tools and dashboards for leadership visibility
  • Cash Management
  • Apply daily customer payments and reconcile bank activity
  • Maintain a rolling 30-day cash forecast and monitor liquidity
  • M&A Integration
  • Assist in onboarding and financial integration of newly acquired entities
  • Process Improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, reconciliations, and cash management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software
  • Experience with NetSuite and M&A integration is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
