Sales and Relationship Manager (Fund Services)
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional handling of enquiries, service requests, and follow-ups.
- Support end-to-end client onboarding processes, including documentation collection, verification, and coordination with internal teams.
- Participate in and support AML/KYC review cycles and remediation campaigns in line with regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Track and monitor client revenue and activity trends, identifying issues or opportunities and escalating where appropriate (responsibilities are non‑exhaustive).
- Take full accountability for assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time completion.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes related to AML/KYC and client due diligence, working closely with internal compliance and subject-matter experts.
- Actively contribute to process enhancements by sharing ideas, improving workflows, and supporting departmental initiatives-particularly during peak activity periods.
- Foster a cooperative, professional, and positive team environment, taking responsibility for effective collaboration within the department.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders, participating in meetings, discussions, and calls as required.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Full professional fluency in spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is essential; strong written communication skills in English and Mandarin are also required.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in sales support, client servicing, relationship management, or a comparable role within the financial services industry.
- SFC Type 1 and Type 4 licenses are required due to regulatory obligations, or willingness and eligibility to obtain them within six months of commencement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and client-focused environment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to continuously learn and share knowledge.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions to deliver effective and practical solutions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
- Demonstrated interest in the investment fund and asset management industry, with awareness of evolving market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is advantageous for reporting, analysis, and preparation of professional materials.
