Research & Project Manager
We are partnering with a leading securities firm to identify a dynamic and research-driven Strategic Projects & Research associate. This is a high-impact role supporting the General Management Office, with a strong focus on research, regulatory analysis, and strategic project execution to drive business growth.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for research and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for leading key initiatives that shape the firm's growth trajectory, including market entry strategies, regulatory research, and competitive analysis.
What does the role involve?
- Develop and execute strategic project plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Conduct in-depth research into new markets, regulatory environments, and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and provide insights to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to support business operations and compliance.
- Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Support the General Management Office with administrative and strategic functions.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Lead and contribute to special projects as required.
What experience are we looking for?
- Proven experience in strategic project managementor research
- Strong research and analytical skills, particularly in regulatory and market intelligence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regional and international regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
