Overview
We are partnering with a leading Bulge Bracket to hire a Senior Relationship Manager. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on originating and managing strategic relationships with key sovereign and financial institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coverage of Hong Kong / China-based FIs, including sovereigns, banks, insurance companies, and securities firms
- Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships, engaging stakeholders at C-suite and senior decision-making levels
- Drive revenue origination across a broad product suite, including Global Markets and Transaction Banking
- Leverage rates expertise to provide market insights and deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Partner closely with product teams (GM, TB, etc.) to originate, structure, and execute transactions
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, identifying cross-sell opportunities across the platform
Requirements
- Extensive experience in FI coverage within a global banking platform
- Established senior relationships across Greater China FIs, ideally beyond treasury/PM level
- Strong product knowledge in rates; broader exposure to multi-product platforms preferred
- Proven track record in client origination and revenue generation
- Ability to operate in a regional, matrixed environment
