About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Selby Jennings, you play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top-tier candidates for clients across specialised industries. By leveraging market insights and a consultative approach, you help drive business growth and strengthen client partnerships, contributing directly to the firm's global reputation for delivering high-impact talent solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Build your Client Base: proactively reach out to companies to pitch your services and represent the business. Help them find the right talent by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Find Top Talent: Source mid to senior-level candidates and become a subject matter expert in your recruitment market. Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates by understanding their career goals and aligning them with the right opportunities.
- Own the Process: Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and clients. Lead offer negotiations and guide both sides through the process to secure successful, long-term partnerships.
