A leading global investment and technology firm is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-impact product engineering team responsible for building and scaling proprietary platforms used across the organization.
This is not a traditional internal tools role. The team operates like a startup within the firm, partnering directly with business stakeholders to build products that support talent intelligence, workflow automation, analytics, and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable internal products with firmwide reach
- Develop workflow automation and operational efficiency solutions
- Create data and analytics platforms that drive business decisions
- Build AI-enabled tools and modern business applications
- Partner directly with users to gather requirements and shape product direction
- Own projects from design through deployment
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong full stack development background
- Experience with Java, Python, Ruby, or similar backend technologies
- Experience with React and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of APIs, system design, and relational databases
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and operate in ambiguous environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
