Responsibilities
- Evaluate new investment opportunities and support end‑to‑end transaction execution across multiple industries
- Conduct comprehensive financial, commercial, operational, and market due diligence
- Partner with portfolio company leadership teams to build ad hoc analyses, forecasts, and performance tracking tools that inform strategic decision‑making
- Support portfolio company exits, add‑on acquisitions, capital raises, recapitalizations, and broader value‑creation initiatives
- Build and maintain robust, dynamic financial models
- Perform valuations using a variety of methodologies
- Create polished, investor‑ready materials for fundraising and stakeholder communications
- Prepare materials for ongoing investor reporting
- Assist with broader firm initiatives and administrative or operational needs as required
Experience & Education
- 2-3 years of relevant investment banking or principal investing experience
- Strong academic track record
- Excellent technical foundations in corporate finance, accounting, and Excel/PowerPoint
