Private Markets Product Development and Strategy
- Partner with internal teams across investment, distribution, marketing, legal, tax, compliance, risk, operations, and technology to develop and support global alternative investment products.
- Lead efforts in researching, structuring, developing, approving, and launching new products for the Wealth channel.
- Manage products throughout their full lifecycle, including enhancements, updates, and issue resolution. Work closely with Investor Relations to define product messaging and ensure effective client communication aligned with target-market needs.
- Serve as a cross‑functional project lead, coordinating diverse stakeholders to execute product initiatives successfully.
- 8+ years of experience in product strategy, development, and management within asset management.
- Demonstrated fund formation expertise in private markets.
- Strong knowledge of structures used by high‑net‑worth and retail investors, including private, registered/regulated, and retirement fund structures.
- Solid understanding of the global wealth management industry, client needs, and associated regulatory and operational environments.
- Strong relationship building, collaboration, and influencing skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
