A leading European private investment platform is seeking a talented and driven Investment Professional to join its expanding private debt team in either Frankfurt or Munich. The firm has an impressive track record in the space and is currently in a period of growth.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a mid-level investment professional to take on a high-impact role within a collaborative and entrepreneurial team. The successful candidate will be expected to lead deal execution and manage work streams independently, while contributing to the continued growth of the platform in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate, evaluate, and execute private debt transactions across the DACH region.
- Conduct in-depth credit analysis and financial modelling.
- Structure and negotiate deal terms with borrowers and advisers.
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor portfolio companies and support value creation initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or debt advisory.
- Demonstrated track record of closing transactions.
- Strong technical skills in credit analysis and deal structuring.
- A well-developed network in the DACH region or broader European market.
- Collaborative, humble, and aligned with a long-term investment philosophy.
- Fluent in German and English.
