A nationally recognized consulting firm is seeking a Partner-level leader to join its expanding healthcare actuarial and analytics practice. This opportunity offers a unique platform to lead strategic initiatives for top-tier health plans, provider groups, and public-sector organizations across the country.
This role sits at the intersection of actuarial insight, financial strategy, and healthcare transformation. You will guide high-impact engagements, mentor rising talent, and help shape the future of healthcare delivery and financing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and grow client relationships in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Commercial health markets
Direct engagements focused on value-based care, pricing strategy, risk adjustment, and payment innovation
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders and policy influencers
Develop and manage a team of high-performing consultants and actuaries
Play a key role in business development, proposal strategy, and thought leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or equivalent designation
15+ years of actuarial and consulting experience, with a strong record of client-facing leadership
Expertise in Medicare Advantage, ACA/Commercial, or managed Medicaid markets
Proven ability to drive new business and manage complex engagements
Strong communication skills and executive presence

This role is open to candidates in major U.S. markets. Remote flexibility available with travel as needed.
