Operations Finance Executive

They are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Finance Associate to join their dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in structured finance or fund operations who is excited to work across complex investment structures and contribute to the execution and management of high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the structuring, execution, and ongoing administration of investment vehicles.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (including legal, tax, and fund administration partners) to ensure seamless deal execution and operational efficiency.
- Assist in financial oversight, including cash flow modelling, capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.
- Enhance internal controls, processes, and documentation related to investment operations.
- Coordinate with auditors, custodians, and institutional partners to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Contribute to the development of scalable systems and operational processes as the platform expands.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in operations finance, fund administration, or structured finance, ideally within a Big Four firm or financial institution.
- Solid understanding of structured investment vehicles and fund structures.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with fund accounting systems is a plus.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset aligned with a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
