The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead and expand our coverage in one or more of the following high-growth sectors: Environmental & Waste, Engineering & Industrial Services, Building Products & Materials, Specialty Chemicals, Energy Transition & Sustainability.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sector coverage strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and lead execution of M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory transactions.
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships across corporates, private equity, and institutional investors.
- Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
- Lead and mentor junior bankers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Represent the firm at industry events and thought leadership forums.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of investment banking experience with a strong deal sheet in one or more of the target sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to originate and close complex transactions.
- Deep industry relationships and a reputation as a trusted advisor.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
