概要
本ポジションは、東南アジア・南アジア・オセアニア地域におけるグループ会社の内部統制強化を支援し、各拠点が自律的かつ適切にリスクを管理できる環境を整備する役割です。新設チームの一員として、日本本社や主要事業会社と連携しながら、グローバルな内部統制をリードします。
主な業務内容
各拠点の事業特性・規模・法令・慣習に応じた内部統制システムの導入・運用支援
不正・不祥事・監査指摘事項・内部統制不備の原因分析および再発防止策の検討
グループ全体または対象拠点に共通するリスクの特定、内部統制状況のレビュー、改善進捗のモニタリング
リスク情報やベストプラクティスを共有する研修施策の企画・実行、リスクカルチャー醸成
日本本社および主要事業会社のリスク管理部門・事業部門との連携による効果的推進
勤務地・勤務条件
勤務地：シンガポール中心部
雇用形態：正社員（フルタイム）
試用期間：3カ月
ハイブリッド勤務：試用期間終了後、週2日まで在宅勤務可
年間出張頻度：約30回（東南アジア・南アジア・オセアニア・東京）

内部統制システムの導入・運用経験
英語および日本語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力（報告書・プレゼンテーション作成・会議対応）
シンガポール国籍または永住権保有者

経理財務の知識・経験
多様な文化・国籍の関係者との協働経験
