We are partnering with a leading global private equity firm with approximately $15B in assets under management, focused on sustainable investments that drive long-term value and impact. The firm is seeking a high-caliber Investor Relations Associate to join its lean, dynamic IR team in Boston.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the investment team to develop compelling investor materials and presentations
Support fundraising and distribution efforts across global institutional channels
Assist in preparing due diligence materials, portfolio updates, and reporting
Engage directly with both existing and prospective LPs to communicate the firm's value proposition
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Consulting
Strong communication skills and analytical thinking
Proficiency in creating high-impact materials for sophisticated institutional audiences
Passion for sustainable investing and private markets
Must be based in or open to relocating to Boston; role is hybrid in-person
