My client, a boutique investment bank with a national footprint, is seeking a Managing Director to join their growing team. This is a senior-level opportunity for a driven professional with deep experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital advisory. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage M&A and capital raising transactions from origination through closing.
- Develop new business by leveraging existing relationships and building new connections within the middle market.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and executives, providing strategic financial guidance.
- Oversee deal execution, including financial analysis, due diligence, negotiations, and closing.
- Mentor junior professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and high performance.
- Contribute to firm leadership, helping shape growth initiatives and long-term strategy.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking, with a strong focus on middle-market transactions.
- Demonstrated success in originating and closing deals.
- Deep understanding of corporate finance, transaction structuring, and client advisory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, JD, etc.) preferred.
