Insurance Specialist
A client of ours us seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Commercial Insurance Specialist to join its business insurance team. This role focuses on advising commercial clients on appropriate insurance solutions, managing policy lifecycle activities, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of property and casualty (P&C) insurance products and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their property and casualty insurance needs are fully addressed.
- Provide timely and accurate quotes, bind policies, and manage endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and follow up to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up to date on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records in CRM and agency management systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance (preferred).
- Active P&C insurance license is a plus.
- Strong phone presence and communication skills.
- Familiarity with small to mid-sized business insurance products and rating tools.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
