Their goal is to improve transparency and access within the digital asset space, particularly for projects navigating locked or vested token structures.
The company operates in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and values strategic thinking, collaboration, and execution.
Role Overview
The Head of Sales will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in expanding the organization's network of strategic partners and token projects. This role involves identifying opportunities, managing relationships, and driving adoption of the platform's decentralized liquidity solutions. The position requires close coordination with internal teams across product, marketing, and leadership to support growth and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a pipeline of token projects with locked or vested assets by engaging with foundations, DAOs, launchpads, and token teams.
Build and maintain relationships with strategic stakeholders including venture firms, exchanges, blockchain ecosystems, legal/compliance advisors, and accelerators.
Educate partners on the platform's value proposition and how it addresses liquidity challenges in token vesting.
Collaborate with token issuers to design listing structures and unlock mechanisms aligned with their vesting schedules.
Lead discussions with potential launch partners, clearly articulating use cases and benefits.
Monitor and report on business development metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline health, and partner engagement.
Provide insights on market trends, liquidity constraints, and regulatory developments to inform product and protocol strategy.
Work alongside the CEO to shape and execute go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives.
Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and community engagements to enhance visibility and network reach.
Support the creation and refinement of partner-facing materials including pitch decks and onboarding documentation.
Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within crypto, DeFi, or fintech sectors.
Strong understanding of token vesting structures, secondary markets, and liquidity needs of early-stage crypto projects.
Well-established network across the Web3 ecosystem, including VCs, token launch platforms, exchanges, and L1/L2 protocols.
Proven experience in negotiating strategic partnerships and navigating legal or compliance aspects of token financing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with the mechanics and challenges of locked or vested tokens.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic, remote-first start-up environment.
Bonus: Experience in OTC trading.
