A fast-growing fintech company is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its client success team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial services-particularly wealth management-who thrives in client-facing environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving strategic growth.
As a Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) clients post-sale. You'll guide them through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement, ensuring they derive maximum value from a suite of innovative financial products. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships, increase product adoption, and support expansion efforts in collaboration with the sales team.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational instincts and a problem-solving mindset. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Design teams to elevate the client experience, influence product development, and help shape the future of relationship management. You'll also contribute to building scalable processes, defining success metrics, and sharing client insights to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding, integrations, documentation, and ongoing support for a book of RIA clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and provide white-glove service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts, including cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
- Serve as a product expert and educational resource for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve client communications, training, and feature rollouts.
- Represent the voice of the client internally to influence product and business strategy.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of client-facing experience in financial services, preferably supporting RIAs.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Series 7 license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
