Head of Partner & Client Services - BE/DE/NL Markets (m/w/d)
Our client is seeking a Head of Partner & Client Services (NL/FR) to join their LPS team in Luxembourg.
In this role, you will lead a multilingual team and oversee day‑to‑day Middle‑Office and Back‑Office operations for life insurance contracts across the Belgian, German and Dutch markets. You will work closely with the Head of Partner & Client Services International Life to align global and local objectives, drive operational excellence, and ensure high‑quality support to partners and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and coaching a multicultural team with autonomy and a proactive mindset
* Coordinating MO/BO activities and ensuring smooth operational delivery
* Strengthening partner and client relationships across BE/DE/NL
* Leading onboarding, training, and continuous development of team members
* Monitoring KPIs and driving process improvement initiatives
* Ensuring data quality, operational controls, and adherence to LPS standards
* Supporting digitalisation and workflow optimisation efforts
Your profile:
* Master's degree (economics, management or finance)
* Strong knowledge of LPS life insurance
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar management role
* Full professional fluency in Dutch, French and English
* Hands‑on leadership, client‑oriented mindset, and strong organisational skills
* Proactive, structured, solution‑focused, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
