Our client, a leading multi-strategy hedge fund, is seeking a talented Equity Research Analyst to join an established Portfolio Management team focused on the Financials sector, with a particular emphasis on Capital Markets coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep-dive fundamental research and generate actionable investment ideas across banks and insurance companies.
- Support the PM team in managing long/short equity portfolios, contributing to alpha generation.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and macroeconomic factors impacting the financials sector.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2-5 years of experience in equity research within a long/short, long bias, or long-only investment environment.
- Strong sector expertise in Capital Markets.
