Equity Catalyst Content Analyst
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive commercial, financial, and business analysis of market developments and events pertinent to the Catalyst offering.
- Research new datasets to enhance and broaden Catalyst-related insights.
- Identify and prototype industry-leading predictive tools and products within the Catalyst domain.
- Produce all Catalyst-specific content, including research reports, data-driven insights, and marketing materials.
- Prepare and distribute regular Catalyst-focused reports, such as event analyses, quarterly updates, and potential trading observations.
- Assist in maintaining and updating all marketing materials related to the Catalyst offering.
- Provide the Catalyst Sales Trading team with timely, actionable content aligned with team objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and sales trading colleagues to integrate Catalyst content into client-facing activities.
- Accompany team members on client meetings to present and endorse Catalyst-related insights and products.
- Develop production-ready reports to highlight actionable insights, including outliers, anomalies, correlations, and trends within Catalyst-related data.
- Utilize advanced tools and methodologies to enhance the depth and impact of Catalyst content.
- Assist in delivering compelling presentations to internal stakeholders and institutional clients, showcasing the Catalyst team's expertise and value proposition.
- Enhance Catalyst-related marketing capabilities through innovative content strategies.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong understanding of equity markets, particularly Catalyst events, and the dynamics of institutional trading strategies.
- Proven experience in managing research content and building client relationships through innovative offerings.
- Knowledge of market offerings in Behavioral Finance Research.
- Ability to understand varying market conditions.
- Familiarity with Capital Markets infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts.
- Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging tools for insights and reporting.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
