Director of Investments - Data Centre
We are currently working with a leading Real Asset Manager that is looking to hire an experienced Investment Professional to lead data center investment initiatives across the region.
This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth, managing end-to-end investment processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute high-impact deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the origination, evaluation, and execution of data centre investment opportunities across Asia-Pacific.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, operators, and investors.
- Conduct financial modelling, due diligence, and risk analysis to support investment decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and asset management to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to guide investment strategy.
Qualifications:
- At least 10+ years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, or private equity investment, with a strong focus on data centers or digital infrastructure.
- Proven track record in deal sourcing, structuring, and execution.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
