Our client, a large mission‑driven healthcare organization, is seeking an Executive Director of Corporate Development to lead enterprise‑wide strategic growth initiatives, partnerships, and major transactions. This senior leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of care delivery across a multi‑state health system.
About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and portfolio optimization while driving growth across the ambulatory space-including surgery centers, imaging centers, and pharmacy services. Candidates with direct transactional experience in these areas are strongly preferred.

Set Strategic Direction
Guide enterprise corporate development strategy while upholding our client's mission, values, and ethical standards.Lead Partnerships & Alliances
Oversee strategic alliances and ensure organizational alignment around shared objectives.Optimize the Enterprise Portfolio
Identify opportunities for capital efficiency and long‑term portfolio value creation.Drive Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work with acquired organizations and internal leadership on strategic planning, go‑to‑market execution, and best‑practice sharing.Represent Corporate Development Externally
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and community stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of senior experience in healthcare, investment banking, or consulting
- Highly preferred: direct transaction experience in ambulatory care segments (ASC, imaging, pharmacy)
- Proven ability to manage Analysts/Associates and lead high‑performing teams
- Excellent communication, judgment, and executive stakeholder engagement skills
