Commodities Confirmations Analyst
Role Overview
The Commodities Confirmations Analyst will be responsible for the timely issuance, matching and control of client trade confirmations for OTC commodities products, ensuring accuracy, legal alignment and risk mitigation across the trade lifecycle.
The role covers all commodities products, with additional value for experience in Precious and Base Metals and physically settled trades.

More than 2 years of experience managing Commodities confirmations.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce and validate client confirmations for OTC commodities trades
(spot, forwards, swaps and options when applicable). - Ensure confirmations accurately reflect trade economics, settlement terms and physical vs cash settlement.
- Manage confirmation matching and resolve discrepancies with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure alignment with applicable legal documentation (ISDA, commodity annexes, metals agreements).
- Escalate non-standard terms and unresolved disputes in line with SLAs.
- Support audits and regulatory reviews related to client documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in Confirmations / Client Documentation within Markets.
- Exposure to OTC commodities products (metals experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and settlement concepts.
- High attention to detail and strong control mindset.
- Fluent English and Spanish
