We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to manage and grow relationships with brokers, underwriters, and clients in the real estate insurance sector. This role involves evaluating insurance needs, preparing proposals, and ensuring seamless service delivery throughout the policy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers and underwriting partners.
- Assess clients' current insurance coverage and recommend tailored solutions to protect their real estate investments.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Utilize online tools and resources to gather and complete submission data.
- Prepare and submit accurate and comprehensive insurance submissions to underwriters and markets.
- Ensure timely delivery of proposal requests to insurance markets.
- Review insurance documents for accuracy before sharing with clients and prospects.
- Educate clients on insurance coverage options and guide them in selecting the most suitable policies.
- Prepare binding documentation and collect necessary payment information.
- Process policy endorsements and updates as needed.
- Generate certificates of insurance, proposals, policy summaries, invoices, and related documents.
- Verify coverage and endorsements for all new business.
- Maintain client accounts in line with company standards.
- Monitor account activity and provide ongoing service support.
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- Familiarity with insurance agency management systems preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Solid sales and account management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- General understanding of real estate investing and transactions preferred.
- Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Industry affiliations are a plus.
