Client Services Associate - Dallas, Texas

A Real Estate Private Equity firm based in Dallas, Texas is looking to bring on a Client Services Associate to their growing team. As a part of the Client Services team, you'll take on diverse responsibilities such as data entry, workflow coordination, and document management. You'll also play a key role in supporting compliance, sales, and operational processes, while engaging directly with investors via email, phone, and in-person events.

The Client Services Associate will be responsible for:

  • Manage documentation and filing of investor onboarding materials
  • Maintain and update investor database information, logging key data points for cross-functional use
  • Oversee data entry into the firm's CRM system, file storage platforms, and spreadsheets
  • Finalize and distribute closing documentation to investors following new acquisitions
  • Communicate with investors and third parties, including IRA custodians, to facilitate investment processes
  • Prepare investment summaries and highlights for relationship representatives
  • Administer and manage databases, including the investor portal and deal flow tracking tools
  • Serve as a liaison between investors and the Investments Team, fielding inquiries and providing updates

The Client Services Associate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (completed by start date)
  • Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA
  • At least 2 years of professional work experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe, and Google Sheets
  • Solid understanding of finance fundamentals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize findings and present well-supported arguments
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking, quantitative, and analytical skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently
