Position Summary
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic Chief Growth Officer to drive enterprise-wide growth initiatives across multiple business lines. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this individual will lead both organic and inorganic growth efforts, including business development, distribution strategy, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and process optimization. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a growth-minded executive looking to help scale a rapidly expanding platform.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the firm's overall growth strategy across client acquisition, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
- Drive distribution efforts targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Build and maintain referral networks with key intermediaries, including attorneys, CPAs, advisors, and industry professionals.
- Lead corporate development activities, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and advisor team lift-outs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance collaboration and cross-selling across business lines.
- Implement scalable operating processes, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks to support sustainable growth.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth and business development team.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, including pipeline development, client growth, assets raised, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in growth strategy and business development within financial services.
- Strong understanding of wealth management, asset management, alternative investments, or related sectors.
- Proven success driving client acquisition, revenue growth, asset growth, or strategic expansion initiatives.
- Experience leading acquisitions, partnerships, or other inorganic growth strategies is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Lean Management principles and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior executives, investors, and external partners.
- Strategic, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to build scalable processes and infrastructure.
- Willingness to work on-site in Chicago, Boston, or Salt Lake City and travel as needed.
